How can I change my order?

After an order has been placed, you will not be able to edit your order.

If you have placed an order for an item of the incorrect size or color, please email support@hellonomad.com with the details for the correct item(s). Please include "update" and your order number in the subject line of your email. Our team may be able to help update your order.

Orders tend to ship the same day so once an order is placed, there is no guarantee we will be able to update your order before it ships. Please double check all information before confirming your order.

Once shipped, it is impossible for us to change anything about your order or cancel your order.
