How can I return or exchange an item?

If your order was placed on our website within 30 days and the item is in new condition with the original packaging in tact, please visit www.hellonomad.com/support and click on the tab "Making a Return" to process your return. Please indicate whether you would like a refund or exchange on your return slip.

If your order was not placed in the last 30 days, we will not be able to accept your return for a refund or exchange. Please contact support@hellonomad.com with any questions.

If you would like to return an item that you suspect is defective, please submit warranty application by going here and clicking on the "Warranty Request" tab. We will issue a replacement or store credit for approved warranty requests. The defective item may need to be returned to us in some cases.

All items found in the Outlet Sale are final sale and are not valid for returns. Used items or items without original packaging in tact will not be accepted for returns since they cannot be restocked at our warehouse.
