How can I return or exchange an item?

If your order was placed on our website within 30 days and the item is in new condition with the original packaging in tact, please visit www.hellonomad.com/support start your return.

If you would like to return an item that you suspect is defective, please contact support@hellonomad.com. We will issue a replacement or store credit for approved warranty requests. The defective item may need to be returned to us in some cases.

All discounted items or items found in the Outlet Sale are final sale and are not valid for returns. Used items or items without original packaging in tact will not be accepted for returns since they cannot be restocked at our warehouse.
