How can I return or exchange an item?

If you would like to make a return or exchange and your item is in new condition with the original packaging in tact, please click here to visit our Return/Exchange portal.

If you would like to return an item that you suspect is defective, please contact support@hellonomad.com. We will issue a replacement or store credit for approved warranty requests. The defective item may need to be returned to us in some cases.

All discounted items or items found in the Outlet Sale are final sale and are not valid for returns. Used items or items without original packaging in tact will not be accepted for returns since they cannot be restocked at our warehouse. Any items in this condition that are sent to our returns address will be shipped back to you.
